Public service policy
This is the current version of AUSER Luras validation 2026-08’s public service policy.
Roles and responsibilities
Manago provides the multi-tenant service. The organisation remains responsible for the content it publishes and for the processing it decides to carry out with its users.
Data boundary
Manago does not sell or hand over tenant or user data for uncontrolled third-party use. Necessary infrastructure processors may process data only within the service boundary, contractual safeguards and disclosed technical documentation.
Tenant publication
The tenant supplies, reviews and publishes its own information, notices and documents. A technical acknowledgement is not a universal GDPR consent.
Version status
Policy V1 is the current active version and may be changed by a subsequent published version. Legal and compliance review remains a governance activity and this page is not a legal opinion.
